Welcome mamas If you are seeking an inclusive wellness community offering baby-friendly workouts, we invite you to join us!

Our classes welcome mamas in all stages of motherhood (including pregnancy) and offer an inclusive space for mamas to exercise in while bringing their little one along. As your local Certified Pregnancy + Postpartum Exercise Specialist, I will lead you through postpartum/pregnancy appropriate exercises to not only learn more about your body, but to help you improve strength and function.

Our classes run Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays 9:30-10:15am.

Mondays: Tabata style format giving you a full body strength workout

Wednesdays: Cardio, core and restorative work to improve strength and mobility

Fridays: Our OUTDOOR MamaBabe class is back! Stroller Sculpt incorporates the use of your stroller and little one(s) to move through a well-rounded low-impact cardio and strength workout

Join us for our next session: August 6-August 29. NOW is the perfect time to prioritize yourself and connect with other mamas in our community!

*No class August 4

Mondays and Wednesday are hosted at Studio Orange, 441 Fairford St W. Fridays are hosted at Keith Crescent Park (details provided upon registration).

Foundations STRENGTH August

Our 60 minute Foundations Strength offers a total-body strength workout utilizing a variety of different equipment and body weight. Foundations STRENGTH focuses on functional and basic exercises to promote increased strength, balance, improved energy levels and overall improved function of our bodies.

Women of all ages and activity levels are welcome to join us for our upcoming August 6-August 27 session, Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm.
