Welcome mamas If you are seeking an inclusive wellness community offering baby-friendly workouts, we invite you to join us!
Our classes welcome mamas in all stages of motherhood (including pregnancy) and offer an inclusive space for mamas to exercise in while bringing their little one along. As a Certified Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist, Kate will lead you through postpartum/pregnancy appropriate exercises to not only learn more about your body, but to help you improve strength and function.
Our classes run Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays 9:30-10:15am.
Mondays: Our strength-based class will work to challenge you in new ways all while supporting your body in this season of life
Wednesdays: Cardio, core and restorative work to improve strength and mobility
Fridays: This total body workout is the perfect blend of strength and cardio tailored just for mamas!

Our Golden Glow 55+ class offers ladies 55 and beyond the opportunity to move their bodies in an inclusive, welcoming and judgement-free space. This class offers a variety of exercises and styles of training including: low-impact cardio, strength, mobility and balance.
Participants will work through a variety of exercises over the duration of our session, with progressions added to track progress and push themselves!
If you are seeking: improved energy, decrease of aches and pains, improved sleep and crave an overall sense of improved function of your body-this class may be for you.
Join us for our upcoming session April 13-May 11. Mondays from 1:00-2:00pm.

This chair-based class offers a variety of options for both beginner and advanced participants. Participants will have the opportunity to see progression throughout the duration of the 5 week session. Those participating can expect working toward improving: strength, mobility and balance. This class is perfect for beginners or for those who may benefit from slowed down, challenging movements.
This class offers the perfect blend of strength and mobility utilizing bands, light dumbbells and body weight!
