Welcome mamas If you are seeking an inclusive wellness community offering baby-friendly workouts, we invite you to join us!

Our classes welcome mamas in all stages of motherhood (including pregnancy) and offer an inclusive space for mamas to exercise in while bringing their little one along. As a Certified Pre/Postnatal trainer, Rebecca will lead you through postpartum/pregnancy appropriate exercises to not only learn more about your body, but to help you improve strength and function.

Our classes run Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays 9:30-10:15am.

Mondays: Our strength-based class will work to challenge you in new ways all while supporting your body in this season of life

Wednesdays: Cardio, core and restorative work to improve strength and mobility

Fridays: This total body workout is the perfect blend of strength and cardio tailored just for mamas!

Join us for our next session: January 5-February 13. NOW is the perfect time to prioritize yourself and connect with other mamas in our community!

Our Golden Glow 55+ class offers ladies 55 and beyond the opportunity to move their bodies in an inclusive, welcoming and judgement-free space. This class offers a variety of exercises and styles of training including: low-impact cardio, strength, mobility and balance.

Participants will work through a variety of exercises over the duration of our session, with progressions added to track progress and push themselves!

If you are seeking: improved energy, decrease of aches and pains, improved sleep and crave an overall sense of improved function of your body-this class may be for you.

Join us for our upcoming session January 5-February 9. Mondays from 1:00-2:00pm.

Gentle Seated Yoga January-February

Join us for our first session of 2026 for Gentle Seated Yoga! This 60 minute class offers the opportunity to participate seated or standing (chairs provided) in an intimate and intentional setting. Participants can expect to work on: strength, mobility and mindfulness throughout the duration of our session.

Join us Tuesdays from 1:15-2:15pm (January 6-February 10) women of all activity levels are welcome to join us.
