900-945am Arrival, Free Play, Weekly Lesson** (4, 7, 8, 10)

945-1015am Yoga Circle w/Songs, Mindfulness & Breathe Practice (1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10)

1015-1030am Potty Break & Hand Washing (1, 8, 10)

1030-11am Snack + Listen To & Practice Speaking Story Time (5, 9, 10)

11-1120am Weekly Lesson continued**

1120-1130am Clean-up & Goodbyes

 

**Planned Weekly Lessons** - These lessons below will be covered. They run the gamut of typical skills and activities a child around 30months might practice at preschool.

Underhand Tossing / Throwing (1, 5, 6, 8)

Obstacle Course (3, 5, 7, 8, 10)

Rolling A Ball (1, 5, 6, 8)

Coloring With Crayons (1, 2, 4, 5)

Building With Blocks (2, 4, 5, 7)

Practice Sorting by Size, Color, Object (2, 3, 5, 6, 7)

Join with your hubby, partner, doula, BFF etc!

At this yoga workshop, Jessica will show someone special in your life how to give you the yummiest adjustments and support in yoga poses. This will help prepare you for labor and delivery as well as enjoy a more relaxed pregnancy overall.

This is the perfect opportunity to feel connected and supported by your partner or someone important to you and your upcoming birth.

A lot of dads say it's the first time they feel truly connected to their baby!

My husband Brian and I attended Jess’ workshop when I was in my first trimester. Even though I’ve wanted kids my whole life, I found myself a little untethered and nervous during that time in my pregnancy- so many new feelings and physical sensations... I was a little lost. Jess’ workshop was extremely helpful to me. It provided me with great grounding tools for emotional and physical relief. Through Jess’ guidance, my husband was engaged and participatory in helping me feel calm and powerful- a trait I’ve seen him continue throughout my pregnancy. I’m now 31 weeks pregnant and we are still using the techniques and exercises we learned from Jess. As a teacher she is centered, knowledgeable, peaceful and reassuring.
