At this yoga workshop, Jessica will show someone special in your life how to give you the yummiest adjustments and support in yoga poses. This will help prepare you for labor and delivery as well as enjoy a more relaxed pregnancy overall.

This is the perfect opportunity to feel connected and supported by your partner or someone important to you and your upcoming birth.

My husband Brian and I attended Jess’ workshop when I was in my first trimester. Even though I’ve wanted kids my whole life, I found myself a little untethered and nervous during that time in my pregnancy- so many new feelings and physical sensations... I was a little lost. Jess’ workshop was extremely helpful to me. It provided me with great grounding tools for emotional and physical relief. Through Jess’ guidance, my husband was engaged and participatory in helping me feel calm and powerful- a trait I’ve seen him continue throughout my pregnancy. I’m now 31 weeks pregnant and we are still using the techniques and exercises we learned from Jess. As a teacher she is centered, knowledgeable, peaceful and reassuring. Postpartum + Baby Yoga Pod

This 6 week yoga pod is for parents with non-mobile babies who are ready to get back to movement postpartum. In this pod you will:

- Practice yoga poses to ease tight upper body (hello chest + shoulder openers).

- Get back to basics when it comes to what’s really needed after giving birth. Learn how to utilize your breath to create healthy core functioning.

- Create building blocks and a strong, healthy foundation for feeling back into your body and healthy movement.

- Learn moves you can do with your baby for better sleep, ease of digestion, bonding + connection.

- Get connected to community resources that may be of benefit to your family’s unique situation + journey (as needed).

Our goal with this course is that you feel confident in your postpartum body’s needs and can use this as a stepping stone to get back into bigger movement while staying mindful + nourished.

We will utilize the breath as your postpartum BFF to truly tap into your own healing potential.

We will have space to share how you’re truly doing, while being supported by others going through it too. It will be a chance for intentional, non-judgemental community with space to simply feel heard paired with tips and helpful insights to make new baby life a bit smoother.

You’ll practice many supportive yoga poses to strengthen + release the postpartum body (hello chest openers and pelvic floor awareness). We’ll also get our baby yoga on practicing movements and massage to assist in better sleep, ease of digestion, bonding + connection.

 

I loved participating in the Postpartum + Baby Yoga Pod to get personal yoga instruction and support! The community of moms in the group is wonderful and definitely women I want to keep in touch with. It was worth every penny and I learned so much.

Join us for a date night couples yoga workshop! This is the perfect opportunity to leave behind the to do lists, the kids, the home life and enjoy connecting with your partner. We'll do some partner yoga poses + also partner massage. Class will end with a well deserved savasana. So you'll get the benefit of deep relaxation in your body, melting away stress AND a fun date night. It's not to be missed!
 
Also included: chocolate + essential oils will be provided during class

Space is limited to 6 couples. 90 minutes. $125
 
Sign-up one person per couple. No Yoga Experience required but please wear yoga clothing or comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring a yoga mat per person if you have them or rent one at the studio for $2 each.
