This yoga series is all about back health. Yoga for Back Health addresses the needs of students who want to focus on the health of the spine. Our certified instructor will teach students how to keep their spine in good condition with working on flexibility and core stability, correcting posture, and breathing, all of which are necessary for a healthy back so the student can feel relief and relaxed.
NOTE: Please note that not all yoga classes are going to be appropriate for people with chronic back pain. Talk to your doctor or physical therapist about what types of movement may be contraindicated for you and let your teacher know.
