“Often when you think you’re at the end of something, you’re at
the beginning of something else.”
This workshop is designed to move you towards a future of hope, confidence, and self-compassion by helping you identify the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that keep you from moving forward after the end of a relationship.
You will end the day with a strategy to leave behind destructive behaviors, remember your personal worth, and set strong boundaries as a foundation for healthy relationships.
