Too often, women become experts at holding everything together. We show up, manage responsibilities, care for others, and keep moving, even when we’re exhausted or quietly craving something deeper. Somewhere along the way, it can become easy to lose touch with our own needs.
Bloom Inward: A half-day women’s workshop for remembering what’s true for you.
This workshop with Natalie Biniasz is designed to offer the intentional space so many women deeply need but rarely give themselves: time to pause, reconnect, and come home to themselves.
Through feminine yoga and movement, compassionate teaching, guided reflection, and honest conversation, we’ll explore the body as a source of wisdom rather than criticism, the patterns that teach women to silence their truth, and what it means to soften self-abandonment and listen inward again. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, nourished, and connected to your own voice, desires, and inner knowing.
