Join us for a Child Development Class, led by one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy!

• Offers parents/caregivers guidance on strategies and techniques to help facilitate their child’s motor development
• Screen for deficits and receive guidance on whether or not skilled services would be appropriate for your child
• Learn how to play with your child in a way that encourages their development
• A chance to meet other local caregivers, and their babies
• A place to share concerns, questions, and experiences about newborns and infants, up to walking-age

Join us for Portuguese for Littles, a fun and playful introduction to language for young learners! Through songs, movement, stories, and hands-on activities, children will explore basic Portuguese vocabulary in a natural and engaging way.

This 45 min class is designed to spark curiosity and build early language skills through play, helping little ones gain confidence while being introduced to a new culture and sounds.

Mommy & Me Yoga blends yoga with stories, songs, games and playful movement offering a joyful way to bond with your child. The class is designed to be fun and engaging for kids while allowing the parent/caregiver to practice gentle yoga, enjoy distraction-free connection, and build community support with other families. 

Ideal for children under 2years old.
