Speed and Agility (movement fundamentals): 9-11 year old - 2 x week

This purchase is for a season commitment of 12 weeks in the Speed/Agility/Strength/Conditioning program. The Winter 2018/19 program will run from November 12 to February 16, with specific days not available (holidays) for training.

The content of the session will be coached for 1 hour, with additional conditioning at home exercises given for each individual needs. Each session will be individualized to the athlete based on the fundamental movement skill curriculum as follows:

-Warmup and individual corrective exercises

-Movement focus for speed and change of direction skills as well as jumping and landing technique

-Strength introduction for the development of safe and sustainable education on appropriate progressions

There will be additional work provided by the coach that each athlete will be advised to work on at home with ample resources/tools to continue the quality of training. No equipment necessary.

Please confirm the days and time associated with this purchase to ensure that you are able to commit for the full season. Makeup sessions are allowed in any other day and time of this same class, as long as space is available.
