Return to movement and exercise in a safe environment, focusing on reconnecting and strengthening your body after welcoming your little one into the world.
Bring your baby and enjoy connecting with them as you move. Bub can join you on the reformer or hang out in their pram or on their mat. Please note this is a safe space for you and bub and we do not expect perfect behaviour throughout the classes.
The course includes 5 x exclusive baby-friendly classes and a Mum & Bubs welcome pack to make you feel great!
Focus areas include, but are not limited to, pelvic floor and deep abdominal activation and strengthening, posture and overall strength.
Babies must be between 6 weeks - 7 months and not yet crawling.
There is limited space for prams, therefore we ask that you only bring yours along if you need to. Otherwise bring bub in their capsule, bouncer or on a mat.
