SECTION 4: Circling the Waist & Turning the
Pelvis
Two coordinated movements that unlock the lumbar spine, support
kidney and digestive health, and harmonize the internal organs.
These motions also stimulate meridians that regulate reproductive
and hormonal balance.
SECTION 5: Rotating the Joints and Muscles with Tai Ji
Ball
A flowing, spiral-based movement that strengthens joints and soft
tissues while enhancing coordination. This movement deepens
internal awareness and creates a meditative “Qi dance.”
SECTION 6: Shaking the Body to Balance Qi
A deeply balancing and energizing practice that draws Qi into the
central channel, calms the heart and mind, and integrates body,
breath, and awareness into stillness and strength.
