Incorporating breath work and meditation to help quiet the mind and become more present, and all set to a trendy playlist. Taught by Lisa Greenbaum, this series is geared towards girls aged 13-17 years old.
This series is for those who have practiced yoga previously or have completed our beginner 1 series, and want to dive deeper into the art and practice of yoga. Still progressive in a nature so that learning can be applied and deepened over time, this program will continue to build on techniques already learned but will also introduce new asanas, meditation exercises and breathing techniques.
New to Yoga? Or maybe you've been practicing for a while and want to gain a deeper understanding of what you're practising. This yoga series progresses from week to week to build a solid understanding and develop a strong foundation in yoga. In a small group setting, learn and practise classical hatha yoga and understand the benefits of each pose. Learn how yoga can bring more peace and joy to support the other areas of your life.
