This series will explore a variety of Mindfulness tools, Mindful Yoga Movement, and tools from the field of Positive Psychology to help students cultivate:

- stress resilience
- relaxation for body and mind
- improved focus
- ability to be present
- empathy and compassion
Each week covers a different topic that students will be invited to explore throughout the week with take home exercises.
The topics covered in this series include:
- anatomy of breath
- thought/emotion/behaviour model
- emotional self-care
- neuro-plasticity and the brain ‘on mindfulness’
- growth mindset
- inner critic

Animal Flow is ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. By mimicking animals we can improve the movement of the human animal. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination.
It is best taught in a series as movements build upon each other. In this series we will progress through the 6 components of Animal Flow and build towards a final flow sequence.
