Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique allowing the body to relax
into a state deeper than meditation. Just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra
is said to be as beneficial as 4 hours of sleep. During this
practice, Ashli will guide you through various stages that will aid
in releasing physical tension in the body, emotional tension
suppressed within the mind and mental tension from excessive
thoughts and stress. After this session, you will feel relaxed,
renewed and refreshed!
