200-RYT Yoga Study / 300-YTT Teacher Training

Location: PBY - Fort Lee & Edgewater, NJ | October 2025-March 2026

Prerequisite: Personal Yoga Practice of at least 6 Months prior to the start of the training.

Requirements & Timing of Training (subject to adjustments):

13 Sundays 9:00am-6:00pm. [9hx13=117]

Plus 13 Tuesdays & 12 Thursdays 6:30-9PM [62.5]

Homework, Reading Assignments, Mentorship and Graduation Ceremony - [20.5 hrs]

For 300YTT, additional 100 hours are required (Pre-scheduled 91h, plus 9h homework and mentorship). For previous graduates of the PBY 200YTT, you will receive 120 credits towards your 300YTT.

Weekly Personal Practice; Community Teach

Maintain a daily personal practice; Take an average of at least 2 PBY group classes per week. After the appropriate portions of the training, practice your sequencing, teaching and doing adjustments by assisting in regular classes and teaching community classes.

There will be homework and assigned readings too, plus an exam at the end. Don’t stress - you’ll be well prepared for it.
