Come a little early to journal. Transform your normal weekend experience relaxing on the ground with bolsters and blankets a sound bath under the full moon.
Never been to a sound healing session? You are in for a treat and some magic! As the vibrations of the singing bowls and other instruments resonate, you drop in deep within yourself. The bowls produce simultaneous overtones and undertones relaxing the nervous system, and create binaural beats that are infinitely soothing to the brain. Well, occasionally they can trigger stuff too - energy that's stagnant and blocking you, that you are now ready to move! When that happens, don't fight it; just continue breathing mindfully and let the sound and your breath release the tension. The vibrations strengthen the auric field and rebalance and calm the nervous system. They guide your mind and body back to its original balanced, peaceful and harmonious state - a state of pure bliss and radiant health!
What to bring: Bring your yoga mat and, if you prefer, personal props or blankets. We do have blankets, blocks and bolsters at the studio. Also suggested: a journal and a pen to jot down your intentions and insights!

Relax before the Winter Solstice and winter descends upon us.
Wrap in a coccoon of silk and be soothed by sound bowls to accompany your journey to deepening relaxation and inner peace. A restorative class using aerial hammocks set to a low height instead of the traditional bolsters and blocks to support the body in a series of slow, gentle postures designed to bring the body and mind into alignment and relaxation.
We will end with Pranyama (breath work) and a guided meditation while you float gently in a silk cocoon!
Whether you've tried Aerial Yoga or not, come skip the pull ups and planks and spend some time luxuriating in a supportive and surprisingly grounded practice.
