Purusa is excited to announce our upcoming Handstand Series — a 4-week introductory journey designed to build strength, confidence, and balance in your body and mind.

Throughout this progressive series, you’ll strengthen key muscle groups, increase shoulder flexibility, and explore movement patterns that support safe and aligned inversions. Each week we’ll deepen your understanding of upper body mechanics while improving circulation, relieving tension in the legs and feet, and cultivating a sense of lightness and empowerment.

Rooted in yoga principles, this series highlights the relationship between the spine, balance, and breath — offering tools to bring greater ease, awareness, and vitality into your everyday life.

No Sound Handstand experience necessary! No Yoga or Aerial experience necessary!

Flexible Attendance Options!

Can’t commit to all 4 weeks? No worries! You have the option to attend individual sessions in advance. Each session builds on the last, but you’ll still learn and benefit even if you miss one!
