8-Week Tai Chi Intro Course Virtual

The Tai Chi Intro Course is designed for new students interested in learning the fundamentals of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is an ideal practice to improve mobility, balance, and posture. After 8 weeks, you will feel increased energy, improved mood, and reduced stress.

The first 30min will introduce new students to fundamentals, foundation exercises, and tai chi walking drills. At 7pm, Level 1 & 2 students will join the class to learn a short, beginner Tai Chi form called Therapeutic Tai Chi.

New students may also attend Qi Gong Stretching on Saturday mornings as part of their 8-week intro. Qi Gong are gentle stretching, breathing, and balancing movements that improve health and wellbeing. They are NOT part of the Tai Chi form, however, they serve as supplemental exercises that will enhance your practice.

Note: This class broadcast through ZOOM for those that are interested in practicing from home.
