Summer Camp Ninja School July 7 Week

For ages 5+

Our ultimate goal is to help create strong, capable and prepared individuals through obstacle and strength training programs and with Ninja School, students will work on specific skills that can get them crushing obstacle courses at an accelerated pace! Unlike our Seasonal Block Essentials Course which covers 6-10 weeks worth of training - Ninja School is about problem solving obstacles already set up in a course and coming up with an individualized approach to complete the course. With multiple opportunities to run the course, students will work to improve on their score each time. The class is then capped off with a strength training session and obstacle homework to improve strength, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power.
For Ages 5 - 13. Class limit is 24 participants

Sample of daily itinerary:
• 8:45-9:00 A.M. - Drop Off!

• 9:00- 9:30 A.M. - Good Morning Rebels.
- Stretching, Goal Setting, revving up for the day!

• 9:30- 10:30 A.M. - Obstacle Discovery.
Learn the goal and progressions to each obstacle set up for the day with our expert coaches on hand.
20 min Ninja
20 min Climbing Wall
20 Min Outdoor Course *weather permitting

• 10:30 - 10:50 A.M.- Fuel and hydrate.
- Snacks, and replenishment time.
Please bring your own snacks and water bottle.

• 10:50 - 12:00 PM. - Obstacle Task List
Challenges issued by the coaches, the campers will work through the progressions for each obstacle at their own pace and in their preferred order

• 12:00- 12:30 PM. Lunch.
Must have their own lunch.

• 12:30- 12:40 PM. Clean Up
Take care of our gym and our space

• 12:40- 1:30 PM. Open Play.
Self-guided obstacle play. Build. Create. Play

• 1:30 PM. 2:30 P.M.- Obstacle Course.
- Set up to run competition-style through the obstacle course of the day on the Ninja Course the Bouldering Wall and Outdoor Course. Campers are part of the process when designing the course for the appropriate age
groups. Points are earned for every obstacle completed

• 2:30 PM. 3:30 P.M.- Problem Solving with Puzzles.
- Climbing, Ninja, and Obstacle Course training teaches you how to solve problems with your body and space. Puzzles do the same for your brain. We'll take on some classic brain teasers and tackle them the same way we approach physical skill.

• 3:30 - Pick up.

Please remember to pack your child with a lunch, snacks and water bottle. They’re going to be active and hungry! We will be utilizing our outdoor space, so please have them come with sunscreen on and bring a hat. A change of clothes/socks may be a good idea in the case of sweaty ninjas working hard, spills or accidents.
