RecFit Athlete Development (RAD) is coached by SJA Football Coach and RecFit Strength & Conditioning Coach Julia Kearney, CSCS, NSCA-CPT. The objective is to improve athletic performance and minimize the risk of injury. In RAD Football, athletes will meet at St. Johnsbury Academy and run through a speed/agility and strength workout with Coach Kearney, and then partake in on-field football activities with the coaches of the Rodliff Raiders. The 2-hour session will conclude with cool-down stretches with Coach Kearney.

Registering for this puts you in both Raider RAD on Wednesdays and Morning RAD on Mondays and Fridays
