RecFit Athlete Development (RAD) is coached by SJA Football & Softball Coach and RecFit Strength & Conditioning Coach Julia Kearney, CSCS, NSCA-CPT. The objective is to improve athletic performance and minimize the risk of injury in athletes entering grades 4-8.
