POLE SPLITS & SHAPES
In this workshop you will learn how to do pretty pole splits on both spin and static poles. You do not need to have your splits to take this workshop as we will explore different shapes and variations that you can do with the legs. Prerequisites: Choppers (from the ground), Inside and Outside Leg Hangs, Genie and Jasmine. Required Prop: Yoga Mat, Static and Spin Pole
TRICKS & TRANSITIONS
This class is for intermediate to advanced polers who want to explore unique and creative transitions in and out of pole tricks. We’ll start with a warm-up, dive into combinations that blend strength, flow, and dynamic movement, and wrap up with a cool-down. This workshop can be tailored to suit your clients’ levels and interests—whether they want to learn bendy spin pole transitions or strength based static tricks.
Prerequisites: Choppers, Leg Hangs, Genies, and Jasmine Required Prop: Static and Spin Pole
ABOUT
Jessica is a two-time National Pole Champion and an international performer. Known for her energetic and dynamic teaching style, she offers fun and engaging pole classes both online and in person. With over a decade of experience in teaching pole, dance, and fitness, Jessica is passionate about making movement accessible to everyone. She’s approachable, inclusive, and skilled at breaking down complex moves to help students succeed. Beyond the studio, Jessica is a cat lover and an avid traveler, sharing her love for pole and dance with people around the world.
