Caroline is a dynamic, self-taught pole dancer with 8 years of experience, captivating audiences and students alike with her unique style and skill. Originally from Quebec and now based in Vancouver, she has carved her path as a rising star, earning national and international recognition through her competition wins. Caroline’s passion extends beyond the stage as she inspires others through teaching pole, sexy style, hand balancing, and intricate tricks. Known for her creativity and dedication, she is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with in the pole dance world.

We’re so excited to share that Abby a physiotherapist is doing a Somatic Freestyle Movement Workshop with us! (Nov 30th, Dec 14th & Dec 21st are all FULL so take advantage of this NEW date)

Please note this workshop can be billed to your insurance provider. Check with your insurance provider if psychotherapy services are covered. For access, we also have a sliding scale rate for folks without insurance and do not need the insurance receipt.

Somatic Freestyle Movement Workshop

Take your freestyle to the next level! Using the tools of somatic therapy we will work on processing movement from the bottom up. Somatic therapy is a type of therapy that works by strengthening the mind-body connection, you are more than your thoughts! If you want to get out of your head and into your body, this workshop is ideal.

No dance experience required. Dress in comfortable layers. We will be using prompts to explore the edge of our movement freestyle.

Following the workshop, we will be providing Abby with your email addresses listed on your profile. She will be emailing you directly with your receipt.

In this freestyle lapdance workshop, Derek will guide and give you spicy tips to develop your own scrumptious lap dance style. He will show you a couple of his crowd pleasers and inspire you to imagine your own! Come single or partnered and dance the holiday blues away! Kneepads and heels optional. Bring an extra item or layer to unwrap like a xmas present: loose button shirt, pole wear over lingerie, blazer, gloves, xmas outfit etc completely up to you! All levels welcomed!
