Partner Stretch Workshop
Get strong and bendy with a partner or pal! Be they platonic or romantic, all pairs are welcome for this all levels duo stretching workshop! Mac will take you through a series of paired stretches for your hips, back and shoulders that will have you feeling blissfully bendy. Guaranteed to make you laugh and sweat!

Somatic Freestyle Movement
Curious to explore creative embodied pathways for processing thoughts and emotions? This is your invitation to an open monthly group therapy circle focused somatic processing. Somatic therapy is a type of therapy that works by strengthening the mind-body connection. If you want to get out of your head and into your body, this might be the answer. We will be using group processes and prompts to explore the edge of our movement freestyle. Exercises will include visualization, narrative exploration, role play and writing to name a few.
This is an open group therapy circle, with recurring monthly sessions. Spaces limited to 6 participants. Intake, waiver and confidentiality agreement will be required. No dance experience required, please dress in comfortable layers. Please note session(s) maybe be billed to your insurance provider.

Have you always wanted to learn and master the art of handstands? Look no further! We're thrilled to launch our 6 week Handstands 102 workshop for folks who have either have taken handstands 101 with Redefine Fit, or experience with handstands/ other classes.
This 6 week series will be 60 mins in length and support your handstand journey with Eric, and progress as a group to build on previous weeks! on Friday Evenings from 7:30-8:30PM beginning Friday April 17th in the back room (we have packed up some of the lollis to allow for ample floor and wall space)

Shapeshifting for Pole Creatures
Transform your favorite foundational moves into something magical! In this workshop, you’ll take Pole Sit, Figurehead, Stargazer, Jasmine and more, and explore accents, grip variations, and playful movement techniques to make them your own. No inverts required, just a basic knowledge of beginner upright moves. We’ll play on both static and spin poles to keep things dynamic and fun.
Level: Beginner–Intermediate.
Pole Geometry Lab
Dive into Natasha Wang’s signature style, packed with yoga-inspired shapes, grip variations,
threading, and twisty shapes and combos. This workshop will challenge you to explore movement in new ways and get playfully “tied up” in the process. We’ll work on both spin and static poles to keep things dynamic. Pre-Requisites: Inside & Outside Leg Hang, Brass Monkey, Jamilla
Level: Intermediate–Advanced
Tumbles 4 Lyfe
Go from “oh no!” to “heck yes!” Learn crowd-pleasing drops, flips, faux flips, tumbles, and other dynamic pole movements—no gymnastics background required. We’ll cover safe, progressive techniques to help you move from nervous to fearless while having a blast.
