Join us for our Spring 2026 Routine Season! Routines are a great way to improve your West Coast Swing skills with more challenging choreography then you normally have access to on the social floor. Being part of a routine team is an incredible journey, and you'll make lasting friendships out of participating.

Skill level required: Familiar with West Coast Swing basics and some variations, learning to apply them on the social dance floor. (2-3 months of Level 1 minimum by the start of the routine training) There will be varied choreography for different levels of dancer if necessary.

Performances: Tuesday, June 9th (Dance It Off Tuesday in Waterloo Public Square) & Saturday June 13th (Dance Party) -- others may be added.

Additional costs: $30-50 for your costume, note that costumes for this routine will be low-key and work with common items that most people have in their wardrobe already.

Note: You are responsible for finding your own partner for this routine (cost is per person, not per couple). However, if you're having trouble please let us know and we will do our best to facilitate partnering!

Switch Workshop: You must know both the Leader and Follower role of your WCS basics in order to participate in this workshop.

Intermediate Workshop:

10:15am-12:15pm

We are offering an intermediate workshop prior to the all-levels workshops. This workshop is intended for Competition Intermediate Level dancers. It will be strictly restricted to meeting a minimum of ONE the following requirements:

• Have been dancing WCS for at least 2.5 years; OR
• Have completed at least 80 hours of WCS group instruction or 25 hours of WCS private instruction; OR
• Have a minimum 6 Novice competition points.

Cost:

• $65+HST per individual workshop
• $135+HST for the afternoon workshops (all-levels) & Dance Party
• $160+HST for all workshops (Intermediate + all-levels) & Dance Party
• $20+HST Dance Party only
