This hands-on class teaches traditional Usui Reiki practice blended with Esoteric Reiki lesson. Reiki Level 1 can be learned by anyone 15 years of age and up and can be used on self or friends, family, and even pets! A total of 5 hours (9am-3pm) are required to complete Level 1 and it can be finished within a single day setting. The cost of the class is $95 and includes all materials/books.
