Join us on March 6 when 20 instructors from all around our community unify under one mission: celebrating and empowering women on this globally significant day.

This year's global theme is 'Give To Gain' which encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration and emphasizes the power of reciprocity and support.

For the 4th year, we're super excited to host another power packed event and raise money for the YWCA, a pillar nonprofit empowering women in our community.

ALL PROCEEDS will be donated to support the important work that YWCA is doing through the Light a Path program, bringing movement and wellness to marginalized women across the region.

SPACE IS LIMITED so sign up to secure your spot! There is no cost at sign up but we will be collecting $10 cash donations at check-in the day of the event.
