Explore the inner landscapes of body and mind by combining yin yoga and self inquiry. This extended class begins with meditation and pranayama (breathwork). From there, postures are paired with myofascial release techniques to directly target the deeper tissues of the body. Throughout class, students will come to their appropriate edge, be still and soft in the muscles, and hold shapes for a longer period of time - sometimes up to 10 minutes! Deep Yin ends with a luxurious savasana, leaving students feeling restored and rejuvenated.

Core Fire Basics is an introduction (or reintroduction) to Core Fire Conditioning, combining breathe, body movement, and music into an intense HIIT workout. Together we will break down each basic movement, including breathing, body position, tension, and modifications. This heated workshop is open to all levels and abilities, and is a great recommendation for newbies, those with limitations or injuries, and practiced yogis looking for more core strength and conditioning.
Gianna has completed trainings for Inferno Hot Pilates Level 1 and 2, 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, and most recently received her certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine to be a Certified Personal Trainer. She hopes that every one of her students leaves class feeling better than when they walked in.

The spine strengthening series is one of the most important elements of the Original Hot Yoga class. Stacy and Steph will breakdown each posture by discussing the benefits, breathing, techniques, and modifications. We'll also give everyone the opportunity to work on their posture and get individual feedback. The more you know, the better you do. The better you do, the better you'll feel!
Students of all levels welcome: newbies, regulars, and everyone in between!
We recommending taking Steph's class at 10am to warm up and prepare for the workshop. There will be a 30 minute break between class and the workshop so that every can rinse off, change clothes, and have a light snack if needed.
