Structural Vinyasa is a new method for approaching the movement dimension of yoga practice, developed by Claire Hartley. Drawing on her decades of experience as a yoga teacher and movement rehabilitation specialist, Structural Vinyasa integrates traditional yoga postures with innovative, functional movement patterns.
This method emphasizes the deliberate return to core stability through intelligent breathwork and precise attention to what remains still and stable—often more critical than what moves. The practice cultivates awareness of internal support structures, restoring resilience in the nervous system and strength in the physical body.
Structural Vinyasa has helped students of all ages resolve chronic tension, restore natural joint mobility, and access strength and freedom in movement often not experienced for decades.
