Yoga Nidra is a guided practice that is designed to bring a sense of unity between your body and mind.
In this session we will settle in with some gentle stretches that prep our bodies for an hour of guided meditation, in peaceful stillness, promoting deep relaxation and loving kindness of self. We expand our awareness outwards, extending our love & kindness to those who surround us.
