In our time together we will slow down on purpose to deepen our awareness through yin yoga. We will explore safe ways of stretching, finding stability and ease in our yoga practices, and ways of releasing stress through stretch. Come join us for an afternoon of slowing down on purpose and set the pace for a new year ahead.

Bring your mat and props if you wish (the studio provides props too), a notebook and a pen, water and your curiosity.
