Breath is the bridge between mind and body
There is nothing more essential to our health and well-being than breathing.
In this workshop we will be exploring and learning different breathing techniques, from yoga pranayama to techniques utilized by elite athletes and professional singers.
Learn about and experiment with the breath and come away with a fundamental understanding of breathing and protocols based on your body, nervous system, and needs at any given moment.
We will start workshop with some self massage to help mobilize the soft tissues to enhance breathing
Props needed: Recommended the air filled Coregeous Ball by tune up fitness. or you can substitute with a small pillow or rolled up hand towel.
No yoga experience necessary.
Students of all levels welcome.
