The Still Point Inside You
The periphery of the wheel is in motion while the center remains unmoving. The dynamism and kinetics of nature depend on stillness of consciousness. One glimpse of ones True Nature is profound.
In this workshop, we will use the ancient technology of yogasana (focusing on forward bends and inversions), pranayama, mudra, and meditation to create an inner climate conducive to “going inwards.”
By relaxing the nervous system and releasing tension in the brain we will turn our senses inside to “see”. Our journey is towards the core of your being: the still point inside you.
