Stacy has pursued yoga and movement practice since the 1990s. In 2013 she took her practice to an advanced level, studying with Claire Hartley and Daniel Stewart at Rising Lotus Yoga, earning her RYT 200 hour teacher credential. Soon after she was introduced to Yoga Tune Up® and the added value of integrating YTU with traditional asana training. After multiple years of study and practice with YTU creator Jill Miller and her teacher-trainers, Stacy was certified as an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® instructor and Roll Model Method® practitioner. We invite you to join us for an evening of listening and relaxation, influencing our own inner frequency to positively impact the entirety of our beings. When we are functioning at our optimal vibrational frequency, we are healthy and happy. Come tune your body through the healing power of sound.

Come experience the immense power of sound and receive the amazing benefits that arise from bathing in the healing resonance of the waves.

This is a lying down experience. Bring an open mind, an open heart, a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye cover etc; anything that makes you comfortable and cozy.

 

Important: Due to the nature of this event, arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up your space. The doors will close at starting time. No one will be admitted once the Sound Bath begins.

 

What is a Soundbath?

A Soundbath is an acoustic meditative experience. A variety of ancient healing instruments provide waves of vibration to promote relaxation and self-healing. Through these sound frequencies, our physical, emotional, and mental states of wellbeing are affected. Soundbaths create a space in which the body and mind can release negative feelings and emotions. The vibrations from the gongs permeate the body, positively impacting the nervous system and clearing the subconscious mind. The crystal bowls send waves of sound through our energy centers, creating balance and harmony throughout our being. Numerous other instruments are utilized as well, to generate an immersive experience that will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more aware.
