This is a lying down experience. Bring an open mind, an open heart, a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye cover etc; anything that makes you comfortable and cozy.
Important: Due to the nature of this event, arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up your space. The doors will close at starting time. No one will be admitted once the Sound Bath begins.
What is a Soundbath?
A Soundbath is an acoustic meditative experience. A variety of ancient healing instruments provide waves of vibration to promote relaxation and self-healing.
