In honor of 15 years of Rising Om Yoga, we’re turning up the glow and flowing through 108 Sun Salutations—retro style!

Surrounded by blacklight, community, and nostalgic beats, this special class invites you to sweat, celebrate, and shine.

We will lead you thorugh the sacred number of 108 rounds of Sun Salutations. You can do all of them, or only some of them! All levels welcome. Room will be non-heated, but still be prepared to sweat!

Neons encouraged. Vibes guaranteed! We will have glow in the dark bracelets, necklaces, tattoos and body paint for everyone to share.

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a soft, fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. This innovative practice allows participants to experience yoga in a whole new dimension, incorporating elements of aerial arts, Pilates, and traditional yoga.

In aerial yoga, the hammock acts as a prop, assisting practitioners in achieving proper alignment, deepening stretches, and exploring inversions with ease. As participants flow through sequences, they experience a unique sense of freedom and weightlessness, as if floating through the air. The practice offers numerous physical benefits, including increased flexibility, strength, and balance. Additionally, aerial yoga provides an opportunity for emotional release and stress relief, as practitioners let go of tension and surrender to gravity.

In this introduction to Aerial Yoga, we will acquaint students with the yoga hammock, instill confidence in safely transitioning in and out of poses, and foster the trust necessary for a fun and enjoyable aerial yoga experience!

Prior Aerial experience isn't required-- this class caters to all fitness levels and flexibilities. HOWEVER, familiarity with yoga and the ability to do a Vinyasa, including a yoga push-up, are HIGHLY recommended so that you can safely enjoy the class. Structured like a typical Flow class, Aerial Yoga includes centering, warm-up, core and upper body work, postures, inversions, and Savasana—all facilitated by the assistance of the swing.
