Hi, I'm Vipa Darasom from Bangkok, Thailand. I'm a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor who
relocated to the United States with my family in 2013. Currently, I teach yoga at Rising Om Yoga in
Midtown Tallahassee, FL. I completed a 500-hour Vinyasa yoga training program with Jason
Crandell in the Yoga Method. I hold certifications in Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Chair yoga, Somatic
movements training, and more. My goal is to guide you in reconnecting with your body through
mindful movements and slow vinyasa practice to enhance your wellness.
Join us for 75 minutes of Restorative Yoga This is a gentle, calming practice that soothes the nervous system and helps release physical and mental tension. We will use props to help maintain poses effortlessly. Excellent for beginners as well as a great complement for more experienced practitioners. Comfy clothes and cozy socks suggested. Bring an eye cover and your mat if you choose; all other props provided.

A playful and engaging class for families of all levels of abilities. Kids will cultivate stronger self-awareness, focus and ease in their bodies using simple mindfulness techniques. (Kids must be accompanied by an adult)
