exploring various styles of meditation to help find what works best
for you!
This workshop also includes a meditation guidebook created by Megan
that you can take home to help keep your practice going, along with
a meditation journal for your own reflections and growth.

Gain an understanding of different types of breath, from the foundational Ujjayi breath to the energizing and awakening Khapalabati Pranayama breath. Explore and experience several different styles paired with gentle movement during this 2 hour session.

Your preschool-aged kiddos are invited to join Tricia for
Preschool Storytime Yoga! We’ll use picture books, yoga poses,
breathing, mindful movement, music and more to build
self-awareness, emotional regulation, body awareness and
concentration.
Ages 3-6 please! Parent or guardian is required to attend with the
child. Cost includes 1 adult and 1 child, please ask about the
group rate for more than 1 child!
