Your preschool-aged kiddos are invited to join Tricia for Preschool Storytime Yoga! We’ll use picture books, yoga poses, breathing, mindful movement, music and more to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, body awareness and concentration.

Ages 3-6 please! Parent or guardian is required to attend with the child. Cost includes 1 adult and 1 child, please ask about the group rate for more than 1 child!
