
Our pole fit sessions are designed to make you feel strong, confident and empowered. Our beginner classes will take you through the fundamentals by building functional body strength and increasing flexibility. You will start by learning basic spins and poses in this 7-8 week session
PRE-REQUISITES: None!
Please wear shorts and a tank or t-shirt. Remove all jewelry such
as rings, bracelets, and necklaces.


In this 7 or 8 week session, we will be working on our climbs, sits, inverts along with our strength & flexibility program!

This is the next step after you are comfortable in most level 3 pole moves! See the lists below to help you decide which level to choose:
Level 4: If you are comfortable inverting and can SAFELY and comfortably hold a butterfly, join Level 4! You will be working on core moves such as Chopper, Extended Butterfly, Jasmine, Genie, and Flatline.
Level 4.5: If you are comfortable and can SAFELY execute an Extended Butterfly, Chopper, Jasmine, Genie, and Flatline, you are ready for level 4.5! In level 4.5, you will be working on core moves such as aerial inverts, cupid, teddy, western flag, superman, shoulder mounts, etc. If these are your goals, join level 4.5!
**If you are still working on perfecting your invert and are not comfortable in a butterfly, level 3 would be your best choice for safety purposes :)

This fitness & flexibility class is suitable for ALL fitness levels. We will be using a combination of resistance bands and some pole to help you smash those flexibility goals!
Learning to become more strong/flexible isn’t just a great benefit for aerial & pole dancing, it’s also important for your health and well being. You’ll notice right away how stretching improves your progression in pole & many oher aspects of your life. Using exercise bands and the pole, we will be strength training those muscles to improve your range of motion and gain functional strength.
