
This fitness & flexibility class is suitable for ALL fitness levels. We will be using a combination of resistance bands and some pole to help you smash those flexibility goals!
Learning to become more strong/flexible isn’t just a great benefit for aerial & pole dancing, it’s also important for your health and well being. You’ll notice right away how stretching improves your progression in pole & many oher aspects of your life. Using exercise bands and the pole, we will be strength training those muscles to improve your range of motion and gain functional strength.

This class is designed for moms with littles between the ages of newborn to 12 months old. Moms can participate in gentle flow aerial with Ali and her son, or use this time to hangout and chat with fellow moms!
This is an 4 week session, with one class per week. Waivers must be signed for each child and the parent(s).
Older children up to 5 years old are welcome to come and play in the hammocks that will be lowered to just above the ground!
