Lyra/Hoop - Beginner - Adult

Aerial Hoop (Lyra) is a circular apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling or aerial rigging. Like Silks, Hammocks, and Pole, Lyra is often used in Cirque Style shows and fitness training.

Join us for Beginner Lyra Hoop Classes with our SpinCity Certified Instructor! You will learn all of the basics of this challenging aerial art, including how to grip, how to lift, and a wide variety of poses/shapes, both static and spinning!

Lyra can be a challenging aerial to learn; but it is absolutely beautiful and rewarding! Come join us to feel empowered!

** Please note that each hoop may be shared amongst 2 people. We have 4 hoops and class sizes of 8. Partners will be assigned based upon height of the student, as hoops are assigned according to height (hoop diameter defers accordingly).

Flying Fun, Rrebel Academy’s newest daytime aerials class. Evening schedule too busy? No problem, this class is set during the day! Perfect for those whose schedule can’t make evening classes or moms whose kids are at school during the day - we know you need some me time. The class will consist of mainly aerial hammocks but will have the options of silks and even hoop! What the class requests, Ali can deliver.

**This is a 4 week session, with one class per week

**If you have children at home with you, please join our Mommy & Me Aerials on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 am :)
