In this workshop we will learn about, practise & experience Restorative Yoga poses, while exploring the healing effects on our nervous system.
By the end of the workshop, you will have explored enough poses to be able to create your own Restorative Yoga practices at home.
Each day will conclude with a Restorative Yoga practice led by Jen.
It's true, anyone can practise yoga. Where there's a will, there's a way. Start with a good grounding of the yoga basics in this six week series.
We will connect gentle movements to the breath as we prepare the body to learn foundational yoga poses. Each class will end with relaxation &/or breathing techniques.
By the end of six weeks you will feel confident to attend a regular yoga class, suitable for you & your body.
