Designed for those navigating diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, or general postpartum instability, the program focuses on restoring core strength, alignment, and functional movement. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies to improve daily movement patterns, enhance body awareness, and build a strong foundation for long-term recovery.
Ideal for women at least 3 weeks postpartum, this workshop offers a supportive, therapeutic environment to rebuild from the inside out.

This prenatal-focused workshop is designed to support your changing body during pregnancy through intentional movement, education, and expert guidance. Co-led by Amy Underwood of Health Elevated (OTR/L, Pelvic Health Specialist) and Sarah Tefs (certified comprehensive Pilates instructor & Pre and Postnatal Pilates Specialist), this workshop blends clinical insight with safe, pregnancy-appropriate Pilates.
This workshop is ideal for individuals in any trimester who want to move safely, stay connected to their bodies, and feel empowered through pregnancy. You’ll build core strength, mobility, and confidence for pregnancy, prepare the body and nervous system for labor and pushing, and normalize pelvic floor lengthening, pressure management, and variability. All exercises will be thoughtfully modified for pregnancy, with options to accommodate different stages and needs. No prior Pilates experience required. All pregnant bodies are welcome.
