Joe’s Gym Orientation is your essential starting point for stepping confidently into our dynamic, circuit-style Pilates classes. This workshop is designed to help you build a strong foundation in both safety and technique while becoming familiar with the specialized equipment used throughout the studio.
You’ll be guided through the fundamentals of working with the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Step Barrel, learning how to adjust each apparatus, move with control, and transition smoothly between stations. Along the way, we’ll introduce the key exercises needed to join your first Joe's Gym class.
