Grades 1-5 (kids only).This class gives elementary school aged kiddos an opportunity to build their focus, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in fun, energetic, and relaxing ways. We’ll practice age appropriate yoga poses, learn breathing and relaxation techniques, and practice mindfulness through games, music and other activities. Class will often include a craft, activity, or reflective project to enhance what is learned in class. Please send your child with a yoga mat (we do have a few extras). Sibling discounts are available.
