The Peace & Power of Breathing II

In the May workshop, The Peace & Power of Breathing Frankie began a conversation about breath capacity, longevity and mental clarity. She also illuminated us on the extraordinary process of breathing and introduced fun movements to enhance our oxygen intake.

Now, upon request, Frankie is offering a new workshop to continue this conversation and to dive deeper into both the movement of breath and the breath of movement. You do not need to have attended the first workshop to benefit from this new one.

Together, let's continue to experience the benefits of conscious breathing in both moving and meditative poses. This workshop will be beneficial for both beginners and experienced yogis and tai chi players alike. Connect with the peace and power of your breath.
