In the May workshop, “The Peace & Power of Breathing” Frankie began a conversation about breath capacity, longevity and mental clarity. She also illuminated us on the extraordinary process of breathing and introduced fun movements to enhance our oxygen intake.
Now, upon request, Frankie is offering a new workshop to continue this conversation and to dive deeper into both the movement of breath and the breath of movement. You do not need to have attended the first workshop to benefit from this new one.
