Are there changes you’d like to make in your life?
Need a bit of help with transition or are you comfortable flowing through?
We all know that change is constant in life. We move through many transitions not just throughout the lifecycle but from minute to minute. Some changes we navigate with a sense of knowing, others with a sense of not having control. Join Heather Sanderson for this two-hour yoga nidra workshop designed to help you discover more information about how you relate to change, if there are any changes you’d like to make in your life, and what changes you’re grateful for. Working with the element of water in this workshop we will:
-Experience a short centering
-Have the option to share thoughts/feelings about change (or just listen)
-Learn about the element of water
-Discuss the benefits of yoga nidra and why we work with it for healing and change
-Flow through some yoga-inspired movement
-Lay down for a long, nourishing yoga nidra exploration
-Leave with new awareness to bring into your life
All are welcome and no experience is necessary. Even if you’ve never heard of yoga nidra, that’s okay! You will be guided through and can ask any questions you’d like.
Let’s see what the river will bring.
Join us for a gentle, nervous-system-informed breathwork experience guided by intuition rather than intensity. Through parasympathetic breathing, we’ll support deep healing and nervous system rewiring at a cellular level. This three-part session includes intention setting, a guided communal breath, and a grounding integration to anchor insights and foster inner connection. Breathing together in community, we awaken our shared humanity and create space for personal and collective healing.
Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat, journal and pen!

Winter Solstice Sound Bath
Friday, December 20th at 7:00 PM
Join us for a deeply restorative Winter Solstice Sound Bath. A time to pause, reflect, and set intentions as we move toward the light of a new year. Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and soothing sounds, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and renewal.
As we honor this sacred seasonal shift, we’ll release what no longer serves us and welcome clarity, peace, and alignment for the year ahead.
What to Bring & Wear:
- Wear comfortable clothing for relaxation
- Bring a journal and pen to capture reflections or intentions
Allow this evening to be a grounding and heart-opening space to connect with stillness and begin your transition into the new year with balance and grace.
