Cardio & Running Workshop: Build Capacity for Life and Performance PWYC
Apr 19, 2026 - Apr 19, 2026

This seminar is designed for anyone who wants to better understand cardiovascular training, improve their fitness, or develop a more effective approach to running. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your current routine, this workshop will give you the tools to train with purpose.

We’ll break down what “cardio” actually is—beyond the generic advice—and explore how your heart, lungs, and muscles work together to build true capacity. You’ll learn the key differences between training for longevity and training for performance, and more importantly, where those approaches overlap so you can get the best of both worlds.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of how to structure cardio in a way that supports your goals, improves your health, and fits into your lifestyle. You’ll also gain practical insights into running mechanics, progression, and how to avoid common mistakes that hold people back.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A solid foundation in how cardiovascular training actually works

  • Confidence to integrate cardio into your routine effectively

  • A better understanding of how to approach running safely and progressively

This event is pay what you can to make it accessable to everyone.

  • 2 nights in a semi-private room

  • 6 nourishing meals

  • Your choice of 3 out of 4 yoga classes
