Using a deep breathing technique known as Conscious Connected Breath, this breathwork session is designed to open the inner recesses of the mind for understanding, expansion and release. The transformation can be mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, meditative, psychedelic, difficult, easy, blissful, all the above or none. All that is needed is the ability to suspend judgement and to surrender, allowing the breath to take over, so that the outcome can unfold. By surrendering into the experience, you'll find yourself more open to greater possibilities. You decide the pace and intensity; keep an open mind and drop into the magic and mystery of your breath.
