Start your yoga journey with confidence, clarity, and support. This 4-week Beginner Series is designed for anyone brand new to yoga, or maybe returning after some time away.
Each week, Ruth will break down yoga postures in a welcoming, judgment-free space. You’ll move slowly, ask questions, gain confidence, and learn how to build a sustainable practice that feels good in your body.

Step into meaningful change with SHINE 40 Days to Personal Revolution, a transformational program designed to help you reset habits, deepen your yoga practice, and reconnect with what truly matters. Guided by Michael, this 40-day journey blends yoga, meditation, self-study, and intentional action to support growth both on and off the mat.
Each Friday evening, participants will gather at SHINE Maple Shade, beginning with Michael’s 6:00 PM Community Class, followed by a 40 Days group meeting from 7:15–8:15 PM. These weekly sessions provide structure, accountability, and space for reflection, while the daily practice throughout the 40 days helps anchor the work into real life.
Whether you’re looking to recommit to your practice, create healthier routines, or move through a season of personal transformation with the support of community, this program offers the tools and guidance to help you stay consistent and inspired.
