YogaBarre Fusion is a dynamic, all-levels class that blends the
fluidity of vinyasa with the strength and precision of barre. We
begin with a warming, breath-led flow to open the body and build
heat. From there, we move through rhythmic, beat-based barre
sequences—targeting arms, thighs, glutes, and core with isometric
holds, controlled pulses, and mindful breathwork designed to
strengthen and stabilize.
We finish by returning to yoga for grounding stretches and a restorative savasana to seal in your practice. This heated class offers the perfect balance of sweat, strength, and soulful movement.
Bends & Brews 🍻
A special collaboration alongside Dr. Brewlittles — an event all about movement, connection, and good vibes.
Teacher announced shortly! Expect a playful, energizing yoga practice designed to leave you refreshed, strong, and ready for the season ahead. This class is welcoming to all levels — whether you’re brand new or a seasoned yogi.
After we flow, the fun continues at Dr. Brewlittles, where your first drink is on us! 🍺 Take time to unwind, laugh, and connect with fellow SHINE community members in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

Power 75: Wheel Workshop with Noel
Get ready to level up your practice 🔥
This 75-minute power class brings the heat and the fun as you integrate the Yoga Wheel into your flow. Expect a strong, breath-led sequence designed to build stability, strength, and mobility with the wheel adding an extra layer of challenge, support, and exploration. Led by Noel you will be guided with LOVE, PLAY & JOY!
The Yoga Wheel will be provided for you to use during the workshop, so just bring yourself and your mat.
Using the wheel is a powerful way to deepen backbends, refine balance, enhance core engagement, and create new awareness in familiar poses. Whether you're looking to “take it up a notch” or simply experience your practice in a new way, this class will meet you there.

Join us for a 75-minute community-centered practice in support of SHE HAS A NAME, a ministry serving women in Camden who are in bondage to various addictions and who turn to prostitution to support their habits. Through outreach and in-reach efforts, this organization offers connection, dignity, hope, and a path toward restoration.
We’ll begin with an accessible, community-style power flow — welcoming to all levels. Expect breath-led movement designed to build warmth, strength, and empowerment, with options so every body feels supported.
We’ll close with an extended restorative savasana accompanied by sound bowls. The vibration of the bowls will guide you into deep rest, helping regulate the nervous system and create space for reflection and integration.
Proceeds will go to SHE HAS A NAME.

Sink into stillness, soften into spaciousness, and give your body the nourishment it craves as the year comes to a close. This special two-hour Yin practice is designed to help you unwind deeply, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself on a profound level.
Yin Yoga works gently yet
powerfully through passive,
longer-held postures that target the deepest layers of the
body — the connective
tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, fascia, and the
energetic meridian
pathways.
Unlike a Yang-style practice like Vinyasa, which activates and
strengthens muscles, Yin invites you to settle, surrender, and
listen.
