YogaBarre Fusion is a dynamic, all-levels class that blends the fluidity of vinyasa with the strength and precision of barre. We begin with a warming, breath-led flow to open the body and build heat. From there, we move through rhythmic, beat-based barre sequences—targeting arms, thighs, glutes, and core with isometric holds, controlled pulses, and mindful breathwork designed to strengthen and stabilize.
We finish by returning to yoga for grounding stretches and a restorative savasana to seal in your practice. This heated class offers the perfect balance of sweat, strength, and soulful movement.

We’ll start with a one-hour guided hike, breathing fresh air, building connection, and moving with intention. Then we’ll head to the studio for a one-hour heated Shine Style Slow Burn yoga class, where steady strength, deep focus, and mindful movement seal in the heat and the benefits. Think of this as contrast therapy...SHINE style. Cool, crisp air to wake up your senses, followed by deep, steady heat to soften, strengthen, and restore.
