I am so excited to offer the Asana Book Club again at SHINE. I LOVED reading The Four Agreements and I can’t wait to share this book with the group! Each week we will meditate, move and uncover two agreements in the The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. It is highly encouraged to attend both sessions.
Each session will include meditation, all levels yoga practice, discussion, self-inquiry & journaling. We will talk about the agreements we grew up with and manifest the shift in creating our own agreements as well as learn how to integrate and live the practices.

Your Leader: Carleena Lara-Bregatta is a certified asana and meditation teacher at SHINE and will be leading this year's 40 Days to Personal Revolution Program. She will incorporate yogic philosophy, artistic expression & her love for the process of inquiry into this program.
The Dates: Weekly meetings will be Sundays 3pm to 5pm starting November 10th until December 15th. Our last session will be a Celebration Practice & potluck. This will be Friday December 20th, 1 day after completing 40 Days on the 19th.
We will enjoy a special celebration practice, community potluck and ceremony.
Weekly meetings will be held in our Maple Shade studio.
If you are away one or two Sundays, you will have online resources to stay in the work and enjoy the benefits of this process.

Join us for a fun Family Flow Yoga class to breathe, move, and connect with the kids (ages 4+) in your life in a non-competitve safe space! Together in community we'll explore breathwork, physical postures and flow, partner poses, and relaxation techniques that adults and kids can share. Class is structured to provide a complete yoga practice for both kids and adults, while empowering kids to explore and expand the possibilities of what they can do. We'll build resilience and connection--to self, to family, and to community, and learn tools to carry out of the studio into real life.
