Build your yoga practice from the ground up. Focus on alignment, names of postures, and how to use blocks & straps to create ease in your body. Ask that question you were hoping to ask!
 
These classes are great for beginners or existing practitioners looking to learn the basics of the postures we do so frequently. Classes will be lightly heated to 88 degrees, perfect to ease your way into heated classes.

Teens today are under an enormous amount of stress. Learning how to positively deal with the feelings of anxiety they have is an essential life skill. We will connect together thru yoga, breathing practices, meditation, journaling and the power of positivity. A vegan snack and hot tea will be served.
