In this 1-hour workshop, you will learn a number of stretches and exercises that will help prolong the benefits of a Thai massage between visits. We will show you a number of favourite Thai stretches, and then teach you different ways to replicate this same stretch at home.
This course includes:
- Static and dynamic stretches
- Qigong sequences
- Beginner calisthenics exercises
You will learn simple and effective mobility exercises that will take just a few minutes out of your day, but will help you keep your body moving and feeling the way it is meant to. Or give yourself 5 minutes before or after a workout and notice your improvements.
