Been working hard on your Level 2 skills for a long time and unable to achieve the consistent baseball grip invert you need to move to Level 3? This workshop series is for you. We’re going to learn the next-level moves you can do without an invert. Each class will feature a solid warm-up to help you prepare for these higher-level skills.
Class prerequisites: Students should be well-versed in Level 2 skills (besides inverts). They should have solid jasmine and figurehead holds, front and side climbs, and static spins and spin combos. Experience with climbing and various moves on spin pole also helpful.
